Do Any Services Include Alcohol?
No. Clients provide the alcohol while we provide a customized shopping guide based on your selected cocktails and guest count.
What's the Difference Between the House Bar Experience and the BAYÚ Experience?
The House Bar Experience is designed for hosts who prefer to provide their own supplies such as ice, mixers, cups, napkins, straws, and garnishes. The BAYÚ Experience includes everything needed for service except the alcohol itself.
Can You Create Custom Cocktails?
Absolutely. We love creating custom cocktails inspired by your event theme, favorite flavors, cultural traditions, or special occasion. Ask us about our custom cocktail development options.
Are Servers Included in the Service?
No. Our packages are quoted based on the number of bartenders required for your guest count. Guests order drinks directly at the bar. Cocktail servers may be added for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Where can I buy the liquor?
We commonly recommend purchasing from retailers such as Total Wine, which often offers competitive prices, and may allow returns of unopened bottles. Please verify return policies directly with the retailer before purchase.
How Is Pricing Calculated?
Pricing is customized based on guest count, service duration, event location, selected package, and any additional services or enhancements requested.
What Happens If Fewer Guests Attend Than Expected?
Pricing is based on the guest count confirmed prior to your event. Reductions in attendance after final confirmation do not qualify for refunds or price adjustments, as staffing, preparation, and purchasing decisions have already been made based on the confirmed guest count.
What Happens If More Guests Attend Than Confirmed?
Final guest counts are confirmed prior to your event. If a noticeable increase in attendance occurs beyond the confirmed guest count, additional guest fees may apply. This ensures adequate staffing, supplies, and service quality for all attendees. We always recommend providing the most accurate guest count possible to avoid unexpected charges.
Are You Insured?
Yes. BAYÚ carries both General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance and can provide proof of insurance if required by your venue.
Do You Provide Mocktails?
Yes. Non-alcoholic options are automatically available and can be prepared using the same mixers and ingredients included with your service. Custom mocktails may also be requested.
How Far Do You Travel?
We proudly serve Miami-Dade County. Additional travel fees may apply for events in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. We may also accommodate locations outside our standard service area for select events.
What Is Required to Secure My Date?
A signed agreement and a 50% deposit are required to officially reserve your event date. For events scheduled more than six months in advance, a non-refundable 25% deposit is sufficient to secure the date. The remaining 25% deposit is due two months prior to the event.
When Is the Remaining Balance Due?
The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event date, as outlined in your service agreement.
Can I Reschedule My Event After Submitting a Deposit?
Yes, provided your new preferred date is available.
If the rescheduling request is made fewer than three business days before the event, the deposit will be forfeited, as preparations, purchases, staffing arrangements, and event-specific materials will likely have already been secured.
What Happens After I Book?
We'll guide you through cocktail selection, provide a shopping guide when applicable, confirm event details, and coordinate everything necessary to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
