Paloma’s lemon-themed pool party was made for sunshine, refreshing cocktails, and celebrating her Birthday by the water. Inspired by the bright citrus details throughout the party, we created a bar experience that felt fresh, colorful, and perfectly at home poolside.
From tropical flavors to crisp, refreshing favorites, the cocktail menu was designed for a Miami afternoon in the sun — cold drinks, fresh garnishes, and plenty of citrus in every corner.

MALIBU PINEAPPLE
Malibu coconut rum, pineapple juice and a touch of grenadine.
KIWI MOJITO
White rum, fresh mint, lime, kiwi, simple syrup and soda water.
APEROL SPRITZ
Aperol, Prosecco and soda water.
MIXED BERRY DAIQUIRI
White rum, mixed berries, fresh lime juice and simple syrup.
MIMOSA
Prosecco and orange juice.

Red Wine, fresh fruit and a refreshing blend of citrus flavors.
